피엑스디, 글로벌 UX 네트워크인 UX얼라이언스의 회원사로 가입

국내 UX 업계를 선도하는 피엑스디(대표 이재용)는 글로벌 UX 컨설턴시 연합인 UX 얼라이언스(UXalliance: http://www.uxalliance.com)의 회원사로 가입했다고 발표했다.



피엑스디는 삼성, 현대, LG, SKT 등 국내 대기업의 의뢰를 받아 사용자 경험(UX)을 혁신하는 서비스를 제공하는 회사로, 그동안 해외 각지로 진출하는 국내 대기업을 도와 현지 사용자 조사를 했을 뿐만 아니라, 한국 내 사용자에 대해 알고 싶어 하는 페이스북, 트위터, 구글 등 해외 기업들을 대신하여 체계적인 사용자 조사를 통해 이들이 한국 소비자를 이해하도록 도와 왔다.

UX얼라이언스는 전 세계 26개국에 회원사를 보유한 네트워크로 한 나라에서 하나의 회사만 회원으로 가입할 수 있다. 피엑스디가 이번에 대한민국의 대표사로 가입함으로써 글로벌 UX 조사를 원하는 국내 기업들에게 빠르고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 해외 기업들의 한국 사용자조사도 빠르게 지원할 수 있게 되었다.

피엑스디는 이미 2011년부터 UX얼라이언스의 회원사인 Axance(프랑스), Assist Digital(이탈리아), GfK(독일) 등과 성공적인 협업을 진행해온 바 있다.

pxd announced that it became a partner of the UXalliance (http://www.uxalliance.com), a global network of exceptional UX companies.
